Who calls in Urdu
Urdu is spoken across India, often in cities rather than one state. It is an official or second official language in Jammu and Kashmir, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand. Your callers are in Hyderabad, Lucknow, Srinagar, Jammu, Aligarh, Bhopal, Patna, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kalaburagi.
Spoken Urdu and Hindi overlap a lot. Many callers move between the two, and add English words like "appointment" or "report", in one call.
